Augmented Reality (AR) technology carries a special importance for companies who wish to use technology for educational purposes. Augmented reality provides great advantages regarding logistics, time, and cost, especially for brands with large and expensive products. This way, before a new product is released, several obligations are eliminated; such as calling the company employees in for in-class trainings and presentations, or sending the products to all the distributors.

During the trainings where the AR technology is used, products are presented with all their details. We design an experience that enables the users to examine the product as if it is in front of them. For AR product trainings, we first model the products subject to the training in 3D. Our programmers transfer these models to the augmented reality environment, and code the interactions – e.g. a lid opening when touched, or the stove turning on when the dial is turned…

An excellent digital training experience can be provided without having to send expensive and heavy products to distributors and branches, or invite employees in for face-to-face trainings. Augmented reality applications provide great benefits in terms of cost and time, and in the near future, we will witness a prevalence in AR use within distributor, customer and personnel trainings.
